What personal data do we collect and why?

In order to provide you with further correspondence about us, our affiliates and/or the spin-out companies listed from time to time on our website we may collect the following information when you use our website including:

  • Identity Data includes first name, last name or similar identifier, marital status, title and gender.
  • Contact Data includes address, email address and telephone numbers.
  • Transaction Dataincludes details of any of requests for information or online queries which you make.
  • Marketing and Communications Data including your preferences in receiving marketing from us, third parties and your communication preferences.

We may send you such information by mail, email, telephone or fax, unless you have registered with the appropriate telephone/mail/fax preference service.

You can ask us (or third parties) to stop sending you marketing messages at any time by contacting us at any time.

Who do we share this information with?

We will not transfer, disclose, sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties (including our affiliates and Spin-Out Companies) unless we have your permission or are required by law. However, we may release your personal information to authorised direct marketing or other agents unless you tell us that you do not wish this to happen.

We require all third parties to respect the security of your personal data and to treat it in accordance with the law.

We do not allow our third-party service providers to use your personal data for their own purposes and only permit them to process your personal data for specified purposes and in accordance with our instructions.
