Rachel manages all aspects of HR at the Innovation Factory including recruitment, employee onboarding, induction and HR systems & processes and is the first point of contact for HR queries. She joined the organisation in April 2024 and is keen to further develop and improve the HR service delivery at the Innovation Factory.
Starting her career as an HR Administrator for a childcare company she progressed to become Group HR Manager at Halliwell Jones, a MINI and BMW franchise in the Northwest and has a broad generalist HR experience. She achieved her master’s degree in human resource management and development from Salford University in 2014 and has a CIPD level 7 HR qualification.
