Sue joined the Innovation Factory as a Senior Secretary and is now among one of its most experienced members of staff. Prior to this she was a Medical Secretary in the NHS, where she worked in a large team as a personal assistant to a Neuroradiologist.
Sue has responsibility for some aspects of office administration, as well as providing confidential support to the CEO and executive directors, as well as supporting the Finance, Legal and Asset Portfolio team members. She also acts as a link between staff and the Innovation Factory IT support company, helping to coordinate the resolution of day-to-day issues.
